For several weeks now, our company ACS Peinture has been benefiting from a new-generation heat exchanger!
This more efficient and durable equipment reduces the company’s energy consumption thanks to a coil system. The burner has also been replaced by a system adapted to this type of exchanger.
Concrete benefits
This initiative, which is part of our environmental approach, has enabled ACS to enjoy several advantages:
- Improved thermal efficiency: it now reaches 90% compared to 65% previously
- Temperature reduction: the hot air propelled by the old exchanger was over 300°C, compared to 150°C currently
- Gas savings: estimated at between 20% and 25% thanks to a real-time consumption monitoring system
