The integration of the PHEA Group (Fayolle, Dubois, Berlier) into Hexalean marks a new chapter in our history.
This merger enriches our pool of expertise and brings us new capabilities :

- CNC bending
- Shrinking and tapering
- Technical and complex sheet metal fabrication
Thanks to these new capabilities, we can now support our customers from the design stage right through to the finished sub-assembly, fully assembled and ready for integration into demanding sectors such as defence, nuclear, rail, medical and specialised machinery.
Today, Hexalean has 350 employees and a turnover of €60 million, 20 per cent of which comes from exports.
This new venture got off to a friendly start: on 17 July 2026, a team-building day brought together the PHEA Group’s teams at the Carré Pétanque Obut. The programme included a review of the year, a roadmap, a quiz, lunch and a pétanque tournament.
