Actif depuis plus de 50 ans, FAYOLLE est spécialisé dans la chaudronnerie et le façonnage des métaux.

Grâce à la maîtrise de plusieurs savoir-faire complémentaires (découpe, soudure, pliage et roulage), nous pouvons vous accompagner tout au long de vos projets, du prototypage à la série, sur divers matériaux.

Capacity :

  • Flatbed laser cutting : 3000 x 1500 mm worktable and up to 25 mm thick
  • 3D laser cutting : 4000 x 2000 x 1000 mm and maximum thickness 15 mm

Fitted with a 6th axis for cutting tubes and profiles up to Ø 800 mm and 4,800 mm in length.

  • Traditional welding : TIG, MIG, MAG
  • Laser welding : a robotised process
  • Bending : Digital press brakes – up to 4 m in length
  • Rolling : up to 4 m in length
