CSR Policy - Committed to sustainable development
At Hexalean, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is fully integrated into our strategy and operations. It guides our decisions and actions every day, with a balanced approach built around three pillars: environmental, social, and ethical.
We are committed to continuously improving our practices, reducing our environmental impact, ensuring responsible working conditions, and acting with transparency and integrity towards all our stakeholders.
EcoVadis Certification : Our company, Guyot Jacquand, has been awarded the 2026 Gold Medal by EcoVadis, a leading organization in CSR assessment.
A certification process for the entire Hexalean Group is currently underway.

QSE
Committed to the quality of our services, we work on each site to continuously improve our processes through the implementation of a Quality, Safety, and Environment Management System.
Quality
This concept focuses on two areas:
- Satisfying our customers through our quality and logistics performance 5 of the 9 entities are ISO 9001 certified. Welder qualifications are under review and QMOS is being rolled out where requested.
- Improving efficiency to ensure economic profitability: lean manufacturing,
constant innovation, etc.
Safety
The HEXALEAN Group is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees. We aim to eliminate accidents and health risks by promoting a culture of safety, complying with current standards, and encouraging individual and collective responsibility.
- Regular investment policy (equipment and infrastructure)
- Improvement of workplace safety conditions (PPE, folding aids, etc.)
Environment
Our environmental approach is based on the group’s commitment to work TOGETHER to reduce its carbon footprint, conserve resources, and operate in an energy-efficient and waste-reducing manner.
- ISO 14001 certification: obtained by the PPC Industrie site in 2024, currently being rolled out to the group’s other sites
- Carbon footprint assessment carried out on all three scopes
