Working together for several days, the Latem team collaborated closely to develop a solid action plan to improve their productivity. By tracing the value chain, employees were able to identify areas for improvement and suggest concrete levers for improvement.
The vision, expertise, and commitment of each individual breathed life into this project, named Vulcain, which is just getting started!
