Wide range of industrial cutting techniques: the extent of our expertise at your service

The Hexalean Group has a fleet of innovative, high-performance machine tools combined with continuously enhanced professional skills.

With these cutting-edge technologies and human expertise, we are able to provide the technical solution that best suits your material cutting needs:

Fiber laser cutting (flatbed laser cutting)

Process using a fiber optic laser beam to cut complex shapes in steel, aluminum, or stainless steel sheets with very high precision and excellent edge quality.

Laser tube cutting

3D laser cutting performed on steel, stainless steel, or aluminum tubes. It allows for the machining of holes, notches, and complex geometries on round, square, or rectangular sections.

Plasma cutting

Technology suitable for thick materials. It allows the cutting of sheet metal up to approximately 60 mm thick using a plasma jet generated by a high-temperature electric arc.

Oxycutting (large dimensions and thick thicknesses)

Thermal process for large, very thick steel parts. The sheet metal is heated by a mixture of oxygen and gas, then oxidized locally to separate the material. Oxycutting can be used to process massive parts, often in non-standard sizes.

Water jet cutting

A process that uses a very high-pressure water jet (usually with a silica-type abrasive) to cut a variety of materials, including thick pieces. It is ideal for complex contours without thermal deformation, for non-conductive materials, for thick materials, for perfect edge quality, and for controlling the draft angle.

Cutting–stamping

Mass production technique consisting of transforming sheet metal using press tools. Several operations can be integrated into a single tool: cutting, opening, deformation, bending, punching. The material used (steel, aluminum, or stainless steel) can be in the form of sheet metal or coils for large production runs.

Punching

Automated process for quickly making repetitive perforations or openings in sheet metal using tools mounted on a press or punching machine.

Fluopercing

A friction drilling technique that locally deforms the material to create a cylindrical boss. It allows reinforced threaded areas to be obtained without adding any additional parts.

Cold profiling

Continuous forming process that transforms a strip of sheet metal into a profile. The sheet metal passes successively through several roller cages, which gradually give it the desired final cross-section.
