Surface preparation
Whether chemical or mechanical, this crucial step determines the quality and durability of the surface treatments applied subsequently.
Our treatment workshops are able tocombine several processes to ensure the best adhesion of coatings:
Preparation to increase the adhesion and durability of paint on the surface of parts to be treated:
- Shot blasting: high-pressure projection of steel particles
- Degreasing process: phosphating degreaser by spraying, double rinsing, zirconium passivation, and forced-air drying.
Treatment for breaking edges:
- Using abrasive strips
- Using barrels
Metal protection treatments
We use various techniques to enhance the corrosion resistance of each part to be treated: hot-dip galvanizing, zinc coating, burnishing, passivation, etc.
This involves chemical treatment by immersion (zinc bath, etc.) or spraying with an anti-corrosion treatment to ensure that your parts are protected against corrosion in an effective and durable manner.
Metal coating processes
We can apply the most suitable processto your parts to protect them from surface oxidation and enhance their appearance:
- Liquid paint or powder coating (industrial powder paint): epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, etc.
- Two-coat application: a primer (undercoat) for effective protection against oxidation + a polyester topcoat to achieve the desired RAL color.

This abrasive treatment removes any imperfections from the treated surface, leaving it smooth and shiny.
